What the quote form asks for
The quote form on our contact page asks for:
- your full name
- your email address
- your phone number
- the property address
- the purpose of the appraisal
- any additional details you choose to add
Name, email address, phone number, property address and purpose are required. Additional details are optional. The form also has a hidden field that visitors do not see. It is there to catch automated spam. If that field is filled in, nothing is sent.
Where your request goes
When you send the form, this website passes your entries to an email delivery service to be sent on as an email. The website's form settings name our office address, [email protected], as the address for these requests. The reply-to address on that email is the email address you entered, so we can answer you directly.
Time and IP address
The email also records the date and time you sent the form and the IP address the request came from, as passed on by our web host. If no IP address is available, the email says “unknown”.
